Melchor Múzquiz. He was interim president of Mexico for a few months after Santa was being all rebellious and the president left to go take care of him. Known for NOT embezzling public funds he ran for president in 1843 but lost to Santa Anna. He poor the next year. Horrible. This is a picture of a Market I saw in Mexico City named after him.
